The Susana Perczek Styling Approach

Our work goes far beyond creating a wardrobe. We believe style is a strategy, one that reflects who you are, how you lead, and the impact you have.

Our Process

A phased method designed to build, define, and refine
a one-of-a kind signature style, typically developed over four to six weeks.

PHASE 1 /

The goal of this phase is clarity.

We begin by understanding your professional demands, lifestyle, and personal style, then define a clear objective for the work ahead—whether that’s stepping into a new role, increasing visibility, or expanding your influence.

This phase establishes the strategic foundation for everything that follows.

Style Mapping includes:

  • A comprehensive onboarding questionnaire

  • An in-depth body design analysis

  • A personalized color palette assessment

  • A full closet audit to evaluate what’s working and identify clear next steps

PHASE 2 /

Strategic Shopping

The goal of this phase is execution.

With clarity in place, we translate strategy into a focused, high-impact wardrobe. Based on the needs identified in Phase I, our team does detailed pre-research and pre-shopping so that every option is intentional and ready when you arrive.

This phase turns the vision into real pieces that move your wardrobe forward.

Our Strategic Shopping includes:

  • Pre-research based on gaps and priorities identified in Phase I

  • Pre-shopping and curation ahead of your appointment

  • A personalized shopping experience at select stores and designers

  • Guided selection of the right pieces to support your goals

PHASE 3 /

Bespoke Lookbook

The goal of this phase is integration.

This is where your wardrobe comes together and begins to work as a system. Using both your existing pieces and new investments, we design head-to-toe outfits tailored to your lifestyle and professional demands.

This final phase solidifies the work into a fully aligned style you can rely on now and build on over time.

Our Bespoke Lookbook includes:

  • Twenty-five bespoke, head-to-toe outfits

  • A personalized lookbook combining existing wardrobe and new pieces

  • Clear guidance on fit, proportion, and styling so you can apply the framework independently

  • A fully functioning, cohesive wardrobe ready for immediate use

GUIDING FRAMEWORK

The Four Pillars of Style™

Every woman leader knows the quiet weight of getting dressed each day. “Do these pants work with my body?” “Does this color project leadership?” “Will I stand out for the right reasons?”

The Four Pillars of Style turn those questions into clarity. More than a blueprint, they are the foundation that transforms dressing from a task into a strategy, ensuring your presence is never left to chance.

  • Understanding your body design means knowing how shape, proportion, and structure support your presence. This pillar focuses on silhouettes, scale, and balance that remain consistent over time.

  • Understanding your color palette brings clarity to your wardrobe and confidence to your presence. The right colors enhance your natural features, create cohesion across your looks, and support how you want to be seen as a leader. When color is intentional, getting dressed becomes decisive and impactful..

  • Understanding how material, weight, texture, and quality affect comfort, movement, and longevity is essential to choosing pieces that work effortlessly over time.

  • The right accessory transforms an outfit from ordinary to extraordinary. A vintage necklace, a silk scarf, a statement belt, or bold boots carry story and heritage, adding depth, personality, and intention to how you get dressed.

  • “Working with Susana is a life changer. She works to figure out who you are, what you need, and how to create the best you. The personal transformation that occurs can truly leverage your personal and professional life. Brilliant.”
