As founder of Susana Perczek Styling, my work spans more than a decade with senior women leaders. I’ve partnered with C-Suite executives, organizational leaders, and political figures at companies such as Meta, McKinsey, Wells Fargo, Kaiser Permanente, Mayer Brown, AHLA, SFMOMA, Aon, and more. My expertise helps women cultivate a Signature Style Brand™ that unifies beauty and power, amplifying presence, and allowing influence, impact, and legacy to emerge—even in the most demanding environments.

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and raised in a family steeped in textiles and the arts. Surrounded by history, elegance, and craftsmanship, I developed a deep appreciation for beauty and design. That passion, combined with my leadership drive, led me to pursue a BFA in Graphic Design with a focus on Advertising in California.

I began my career in the design studio at CP+B in Miami, later named Adweek’s top creative agency in the USA. My curiosity for the corporate world then pulled me into print production management, where I was promoted to Director in San Francisco—leading a team and immersing myself in the dynamics of corporate leadership.

After starting a family, I felt the call to a new chapter. In styling, I discovered my true vocation, a place where all my strengths converged again. As a Latina founder, I bring both beauty and strategy to the women I serve. My own drive for what’s possible allows me to guide leaders in shaping their style, presence, and legacy, while standing as a conduit for impact and good in the world.
